Declaration of Service

Companies and marketers’ banter around words like “service”, “technology”, “convenience”, and “contrition” like a shuttlecock on a badminton court. 

At Title Solutions Group of Florida, LLC. we take it one step further. When we talk about service, we mean accountability. We believe that it is our duty to make sure all parties involved in our transactions are happy and well served. There is no reason for a disgruntled customer or client. We will make sure all parties are informed, happy, and destined to be future customers of Title Solutions Group of Florida, LLC. as well as the clients we represent. When a customer closes with Title Solutions Group of Florida, LLC., they become a part of our family, a family that we are there for during all times of need. In our post-marketing program, we keep them constantly aware of the professionals they work with during their transaction; buyer realtor, selling realtor, broker/lender. 

When we talk about technology, we are not talking about fax machines, phone systems, and computers. Our company is committed to the cutting edge of technology; like our interactive web site, laptop computers, wireless document delivery, and car printers for our mobile closers; like our multi-tower server system, so no matter how far our satellite office is from our Corporate Office, their computer system is real time sync with our computer system. No matter what office you are in, you have the full power, knowledge and commitment of our Corporate Office at your disposal.

Cutting edge is not just having the toys to do the work with but having a craftsman like Geppetto working for your company to make sure all the toys stay in working order, we do! That is who we are, that is what we do, and that is cutting edge. You hear “convenience” from other companies. That might mean that they are open until 5:30 p.m. and may close an occasional transaction after hours or on Saturdays, depending on that one dedicated employee. My company views “convenience” a little differently. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. This is not just one dedicated employee, but an entire staff of dedicated employees at your disposal for your convenience. Our settlement hours are Monday through Saturday 24/6. The only reason we are not 24/7 is that you cannot execute closing documents on Sunday. We are always available to you and for you. In my estimation, this dedication to your closing needs is what “convenience” is all about and nothing less. 

When companies and marketers speak of consternation and admitting one’s mistakes, they believe this is honorable, but at Title Solutions Group of Florida, LLC. we believe that just admitting one’s mistakes is not enough. It is my dedication and my understanding of responsibility to our customers that is foremost to our success. What we mean by responsibility is simple. If your customer, whether it be the buyer, the seller, and in the case of a refinance, the borrower, is not completely and totally satisfied with the conduct or company as it pertains to their transaction, I vow to open our check book and refund your customer any and all fees necessary (up to the amount allowed by RESPA) so your customer walks away knowing that we truly care, not by just saying that we are sorry, but by action. Only then can a customer know and understand that though mistakes do happen, it is how you correct those mistakes and how you solve the problem is what really matters.

So, remember Title Solutions Group of Florida, LLC. when words are bantered around like “service”. We don’t believe in just “service”. We believe in accountability. When people say “technology”, we don’t mean just “technology” … we believe in “cutting edge technology”. When people say we want the closing to be “convenient” to you, we don’t mean “convenient” for that one person or that one time. Our company is dedicated to making sure that convenience is the norm, not the exception. Last, but not least when someone says that they are sorry that mistakes happen, our company, with our commitment to excellence, believes that not only should we be sorry, but we should be financially responsible to make sure that the closing process, at least by the very end, becomes a positive and a defining moment in your real estate transaction.
